Scotty Johnson

President & CEO

Scotty has more than 30 years of information technology and information security experience. He served in the United States Navy from 1992 to 1998 as a Cryptologic Technician. Following his time in service he served in multiple leadership positions within the Department of Veterans Affairs and as the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for the state of South Carolina.

Scotty holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Mountain State University.

Nathan Johnson

Executive Vice President & COO/CTO

Nathan has over 25 years of information technology and operational experience.

He worked several years in the National Weather Service and Department of Defense before shifting to the commercial arena.

During his career he’s worn multiple hats both in the government as well as in large companies such as Owens Corning during the bankruptcy exit and EnerVest Oil & Gas through massive growth/reduction.

He’s been involved in all levels of software development, hardware lifecycle support, hardware/software implementations, project management, and operational management.

Nathan holds Bachelor of Science degrees from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering with a Mathematics minor.

Josh Longacre

Chief Revenue Officer

Josh is an accomplished executive leader in the Federal IT value-added reseller (VAR) industry, known for driving growth, strengthening government partnerships, and building high-performance organizations that deliver mission-critical technology solutions to federal agencies. With more than two decades of leadership experience, Josh specializes in scaling sales operations, expanding contract portfolios, and fostering strategic alliances with OEMs, distributors, and federal integrators.

Prior to joining Greenbrier, Josh served as CEO of a leading federal IT VAR. Josh oversaw corporate strategy, long-term goals, and operational execution. He led initiatives to modernize internal processes, improve compliance readiness, and enhance the company’s competitiveness across major federal contracting programs. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, data-driven decision making, and long-term partner development.

Prior to his CEO role, Josh held senior positions in sales and operations, consistently driving growth and building scalable, high-performing teams. He holds an MBA from Franklin Pierce University, a B.A. in Finance and Managerial Economics from the University of New Hampshire, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Dartmouth’s Thayer School of Engineering.

Nelson McClung

Senior Vice President of Professional Services

Nelson is a results-driven executive possessing more than 20 years helping federal agencies solve complex challenges, modernize their operations, and deliver mission-critical outcomes. Throughout his career, he’s built and led high-performing teams, shaped enterprise-level IT and business strategies, and guided programs ranging from cybersecurity and data analytics to global deployments and large-scale process transformations.

As Chief Operating Officer at XLA, Nelson oversaw the company’s portfolio of programs and service offerings, ensuring clients receive innovative solutions and exceptional support. He’s known for his ability to bring structure to complexity—whether that means improving program performance, enhancing information sharing and security, or building new capabilities that help agencies meet their goals with confidence.

Nelson has led and captured programs totaling more than $100M, introduced new operational models that raise performance standards, and refined business processes that boost transparency, accuracy, and efficiency. His background spans federal acquisition and budgeting, IT program management, business reengineering, and enterprise system modernization, giving him a unique blend of technical understanding and strategic insight.

With a Master’s degree from George Washington University and his Bachelor of Science from James Madison University, Nelson stays at the forefront of best practices in both technology and management. He’s recognized for his calm, collaborative leadership style and his commitment to delivering real, measurable results for clients and teams alike.

Dennis Dolin

Vice President of IT Delivery

Dennis brings more than 30 years of experience in IT projects delivery. Responsible for sales engineering, deployment, and contractor relationships, his passion is to develop and deliver technology-driven business services and solutions without sacrificing outstanding customer service.

Prior to joining the team, Dennis was the CEO of two successful telecommunications contracting companies, Quinn Communications and Northeast Telecom. He has extensive experience with successful deployment of nationwide projects, including the delivery of industrial and enterprise fiber, copper and wireless networks, and telecommunications and data network hardware and software deployment.

Dennis has delivered successful IT rollouts, for large customers including United States Department of Veterans Affairs, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Dupont Chemical Corporation, and Clearon Corporation.
