Greenbrier Completes Purchase of Junoventure, LLC

Oceana, WV – January 29, 2021 – Greenbrier Government Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of infrastructure , cyber security and agile software development solutions, has completed its acquisition of Junoventure, LLC, a provider of IT hardware and software solutions to the U.S. Federal Government.

Under the agreement, Junoventure assets that novated to Greenbrier include the NASA SEWP V GWAC, all active task orders, as well as various other contracts. All sales functions and service delivery of Junoventure have been integrated into Greenbrier’s corporate operations.
